These Terms of Use apply to Mineglass (bundle identifier com.jolous.MineGlass), offered by Jolous, an independent developer (“Jolous,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using Mineglass, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms and standard end-user license agreement.
License and permitted use
Mineglass is licensed, not sold. Subject to these terms and Apple’s usage rules, you receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control. You may use Mineglass only for lawful, personal entertainment.
You may not copy, redistribute, rent, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, interfere with operation, exploit the app or its services, use automated systems to manipulate purchases or advertisements, or infringe intellectual-property or other rights, except where applicable law expressly permits an action that cannot be restricted by contract. Debug-only developer tools are not part of the distributed app.
Gameplay and progress
Mineglass is a puzzle game. It does not offer gambling, cash prizes, or items redeemable for real-world value. Progress may be stored locally, and limited Journey progress and settings may sync through iCloud. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple Account and device backups. Although Mineglass is designed to preserve valid progress, uninterrupted availability or recovery of every local record cannot be guaranteed.
Rewarded hints
A free player may voluntarily watch a rewarded advertisement for one hint in a game. Watching an ad is never required to play or complete Mineglass. A hint is granted only after the advertising service reports completion; closing or failing to load an ad does not consume the hint. Availability depends on Google, network access, privacy choices, region, and ad inventory. Premium users receive the same once-per-game hint without an advertisement.
Mineglass Premium
Mineglass Premium is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. It unlocks the Premium features described on the purchase screen for the Apple Account associated with the verified transaction. The price shown by the App Store is the applicable price and may vary by storefront, currency, and tax.
Purchases and restoration are processed by Apple. Jolous does not receive payment-card details. Refund requests and billing disputes are subject to Apple’s policies. Premium does not include ownership of Mineglass or a right to future products outside the described unlock.
Third-party services
Mineglass relies on Apple services for distribution, purchases, entitlement verification, and optional iCloud sync, and on Google AdMob for optional rewarded ads. Your use of those services is also governed by their applicable terms and privacy policies. Availability or behavior controlled by a third party may change independently of Jolous.
Ownership
Mineglass, its original code, name, logo, visual systems, generated campaign design, and other original materials are owned by Jolous or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Open-source or public-domain components remain governed by their own licenses. No Microsoft artwork, branding, sounds, or proprietary presentation is included.
Updates and availability
Jolous may maintain, update, rebalance, add, remove, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, compatibility, legal compliance, third-party service changes, or product improvement. Reasonable efforts will be made not to remove the core benefit of an existing non-consumable purchase, subject to law and circumstances outside Jolous’s control.
Warranty disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mineglass is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free play, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jolous is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use Mineglass, including loss of local progress. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed in your jurisdiction and does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.
Suspension and termination
Your license may end if you materially violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the app. Provisions that by their nature should survive—such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitations—remain effective. You may stop using Mineglass at any time by deleting it.
Changes and general terms
We may update these terms to reflect app, service, or legal changes. Material changes will be communicated through the app or store listing when appropriate. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Mandatory consumer protections and laws in your country remain unaffected.
